Alceon was established to enable leaders to make better decisions by developing their processes and their staff.
At the end of 2025, after UK and USA made drastic cuts to their overseas development budgets, our work could not be funded and we made the decision to close Alceon Limited. The company will cease to trade in 2026. The expertise of our Directors and Associates in planning, managing and evaluating complex, time challenged, and high-risk operations endures. Consultancy
Our subject matter experts excel in delivering organisational change and new working processes. We work closely with our clients to refine their systems and their ways of working, so as to improve common understanding, accuracy and efficiency.
Training
Our expert trainers develop the individual and collective skills required to support sound decision making. Alceon trains multi-agency planning and operations staff at the highest levels, as well as training and mentoring instructors in schools and colleges.
Evaluation
Our consultants understand the importance of assessing impact. The Alceon audit regime builds measurement of effectiveness into all aspects of our work and provides our clients with the means to quality assure or evaluate their own programmes.
